Welcome to the Love Fits Me Movement. My goal is to help as many people as I can find true love within themselves. Love Fits Me focuses on self-love, empowerment, and using fitness as a tool to improve self-esteem.
Everyone deserves love and everyone deserves to feel their best. But in today’s society of Internet Models, Celebrity idolization, and overly photo-shopped images of “perfection”, it can become overwhelming and make us feel we aren’t good enough because we don’t fit this standard. When these images are continuously being thrown at us, it can become difficult to see ourselves as really being “worth it”.
It’s time to live in your true happiness. It’s time to give yourself the freedom to be the person you have always wanted to be. Through my Group Fitness Classes and other events and programs you will be able to gain confidence, learn to love yourself, improve your relationships, get healthier, lose weight and find the beautiful happy person that has been inside of you all along!
