INSANITY LIVE brings the revolutionary, high-intensity interval training, total-body conditioning program from the home to the gym and fitness studio setting. It’s based on the principles of MAX Interval Training. INSANITY workouts push individuals to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. The group-exercise adaptation of this workout has been designed to give participants a safe, challenging, and results driven experience. It provides a variety of modifications to provide the ultimate workout, regardless of the varied fitness level of participants. Each class can accommodate beginners as well as athletes in peak condition, because each move can be modified in a variety of ways to increase or decrease the challenge. INSANITY LIVE offers total-body conditioning, and all this is achieved without the use of external weights or other equipment.
